Trail News
KNIK 200 - We have a solution to the Trail issue.
The trail will follow the regular route across 7 mile Lake and onto the Homestead/Kyber Pass Trail, then mushers we go right onto Southridge Rd. (actually a trail). Then the trail will go to Moore Rd. (another trail). This will take the mushers to Burma Rd. and across, back on to the Iditarod Trail. We will have a Burma Rd. crossing guard and any other additional help needed.
The turn onto Southridge Rd. will be extremely well marked, as all of trail from Knik Lake to Skwentna and back will be.
Lou Schader, the Knik 200 Trail Miester, has been on the trail and as always will make sure we have a great and safe trail.

12/14/08 Trail- Looking great. Harry has been out to Yentna several times. Lou and Darin groomed out to the Big Su, with a snow blower in tow!! They worked on the ramp. More info as it comes in.......
